- The sessions are relaxed - we welcome you to come as you are. It’s OK to be more involved on some days rather than others.
- If you find that you want to move around in the session please do. Feel free to Zoom in from a comfortable place - whether that be your bed, sofa, wherever you feel relaxed and can make and talk.
- We will also be scheduling in some breaks throughout to be announced at the start of each session.
- If you need to be making whilst listening to aid in you concentration, this is more than welcome.
- If possible please use a laptop or desktop for the best viewing experience and opportunity to get to know each other.
- Automatic captions are provided in Zoom. The sessions will not be recorded.
Zoom Etiquette / Group Agreement

What to bring to sessions:
- It would be useful to have basic art materials with you in the session if possible, pens/pencils/paper. If you need anything specific we will let you know, but the sessions are designed so that you can be creative in a way that is accessible to you.
- If you need to prepare anything then Daniel will email you in advance, but don’t stress if you can’t get to it. These are relaxed sessions.
